Healing Session 05.05.2025
Before starting this session, I created a new song that you will hear in during the healing, after our drumming! This is our 5.5. Sacred Song, helping is to connect with our True Essence.

Two main topics came up in this session:
1. Personal Boundaries - how they are changing now, how we should remember to listen within and re-evaluate what is allowed into our personal, energetic space and what not.
2. Abundance - dancing with our authentic energy within, trusting the guidance so that we are in alignment with what TRULY brings us fulfillment on all levels.​

Healing Session 28.4.2025
In this session we working with the Golden Light as we were recommitting to align with the highest possible energies and making decisions from that abundant, fulfilled space.
​
We brought the GOLDEN LIGHT ENERGY deep into our body, into the womb space. It represents the Healed Masculine. We first cleansed the womb with golden light and then went on fertilizing, impregnating our feminine essence with the Divine Masculine essence, to have our inner masculine be present for our inner feminine.
What rises within you as you let the Golden Energy fill you up? I would love to hear about your experience!
Healing Session 14.4.2025
Today we were first doing a bit more bodywork before starting the sound healing! Breathing into our heart and belly, circling into a centered space within. Listening to our bodies needs and wishes.​
​
We went deep and a little wild again (sorry for a bit of distortion), with the drumming, making our ATOMS DANCE! That was such a lovely, fully AND powerful image that came through!
​
Towards the end I strongly felt an unwanted presence in someone´s aura so we went on clearing our personal space, claiming it OURS. Creating an eggshaped shield feels perfect now, for Eastern!
Healing Session 7.4.2025
Today the New Light energies were coming through to be integrated, so that we could truly live from this new space of being. Grounding deep into the Living Earth and into our bodies, we were tending to those little sprouts starting to grow within us.

What does your true, tender, authentic self need right now? What is that deepest, purest calling you feel, right now, guiding you towards?
​
Through the session we felt a deep inner silence embracing us as we came to the end of the circle.
Healing Session 31.3.2025
Very strong energies from the Solar Eclipse and the New Moon on the weekend were streaming in! There was some issues with the sound so a part of the drumming got cut out and it is still distorting a bit.
But it all fits perfectly with the theme of RELEASING as we are opening up for completely new ways of being and living our lives!

Healing Session 24.3.2025
Today we were feeling into some sorrow rising, then letting it go. Letting power rise up from the Earth. Standing together in a tribal gathering. Tuning in with the guidance from the Earth and the Source Light.

Tuning in with your body, breathing with every cell. Drinking in the nourishing energy from the Earth. Opening for the Sun Light streaming in through your body, into the Earth. Letting go with the drum. Connecting with your pure light essence, your original beauty and innocence.
